We are located in the provincial capital of Fredericton, New Brunswick. Situated along the St. John River, Fredericton is home to 63,000 people. Fredericton Christian Academy (FCA) is an independent university preparatory school in Fredericton, New Brunswick and is approved by the New Brunswick Department of Education. FCA is founded on the belief that young men and women thrive in a safe, nurturing and rigorous learning environment, where they are encouraged to confidently think, express themselves and ask critical questions. FCA offers a unique university preparation program where faculty doors are always open, and students are part of a larger school 'family'. The Academy will ice one team in its first year – a U16 male roster. Athletes on this team will be registered as full-time students through Fredericton Christian Academy in grades 9 and 10. The goal for CHA is to grow our program to offer both male and female teams at the U16, U17, U18 levels.
CHA teams will play in the North American Prep Hockey League. With almost 15 years’ experience in prep school hockey, the NAPHL provides schools with the best competition and exposure to Canadian and US junior programs, along with CIS and NCAA hockey programs. The NAPHL provides Showcase weekend games against a variety of opponents, focusing on player exposure for athletes’ next level of play. With a emphasis on performance and promoting sportsmanship and safety, the NAPHL is a league that prides itself on offering the best quality games in showcase format for our athletes.
Local families open their homes to our out-of-town student-athletes. Our billet families are dedicated to spending a considerable amount of time and energy ensuring that our players are able to live comfortably and have a wonderful experience away from home.

We are excited to be playing out of the Lord Beaverbrook Rink for the 2022, 2023 season. The LBR is a located just a block from the High Performance Center which is a convenient and easy walk for our players daily.
As part of the demand and growth for FCA over the past five years, the school has been researching and exploring a new and expanded campus which would meet the enrollment demands of the local and international community, as well as provide on-site resources and infrastructure to enhance and expand programming initiatives.
